A coaching record for gyms
The dynamic tool for coached gym training.
Athlete Runtime is live, in-session workout planning, data logging, and progress tracking — built for maximum athlete strength and fitness gains.
Coaching insights and athlete-specific cues are shared across the coaching team while the class runs. Every critical observation, the workouts, decisions like setting a goal or committing to an injury program — all of it stays with the athlete, for the benefit of all coaches and their athletes.
Athlete progress highlights are easily shared with athletes and guardians to motivate their further training.
Built on the floor of a working gym.
Rolled ankle at school — no jump or sprint work until cleared.
Squats held light at 40 kg — moved well, no pain.
Jumps stay held. Squat plan already adjusted — cleared to rebuild next week.
Marco never had to ask about the ankle. Neither will the coach after him.
Back squat · 4 × 3 @ 75%
One tap logged the room. It still knows Niccolò trained differently.
Niccolò B. — back squat 4 × 3 @ 40 kg ✓
Matteo B. — back squat 4 × 3 @ 62.5 kg ✓
Jun → this Tuesday · 40 kg
New top set — 62.5 kg Matteo B.
Tue · Strength — attended, 2 entries, 1 note
No one updated these charts. They were current the moment the set was logged.
Full training context — notes, programming, history.
Everyone sees what the relationship allows. Nothing more — and nothing walks out the door.
Attendance · 9 of 10 classes
Ankle rehab · squats back to 40 kg
Coach note · “Smart month — he trained around the ankle without losing a week.”
Sees his progress and coach note in his own view — no screenshot, no group chat.
Gets the month’s attendance and progress — nothing internal, nothing to chase.
Progress reaches the athlete and home — without a single status email.

Try the failure. Nothing in the coach’s flow should change.
The Wi-Fi came back. The record never noticed it was gone.
The value that compounds
A note records what one coach knows.
Athlete Runtime preserves what the gym knows.
Each session leaves the next coach better prepared. Athlete context, coaching decisions, and performance history stay connected instead of disappearing between shifts.

Common questions
The practical details.
Do families need to install anything?
No. Families open a link and sign in with a magic link — no app store and no password. They see their own athletes and nothing else.
Can parents message coaches back?
Not yet, by design. Coaches share selected updates and progress; families read them, and the gym’s phone and email remain one tap away. The first loop is safe and coach-controlled.
Who owns the data?
Your gym. Training records, rosters, and notes are isolated from every other gym. We export everything on request — leaving takes your records with you.
Parents & Guardians
Guardian-first accounts, role-aware access, read-only family views, no open inbox around kids, and sharing that always requires a coach’s explicit choice.
